Meet our Broker, Shilo Rochelle

Since the start of Ethan Conrad Properties in 1995, we have grown our commercial real estate portfolio to over 9.4 million square feet with an extensive collection of retail, office, and industrial buildings.

One of the reasons Ethan Conrad Properties has had such long-term success is due to the hard work and dedication of our amazing team. Today, we would like to highlight our Broker, Shilo Rochelle!

Shilo has been with Ethan Conrad Properties since June of 2022. Her career in real estate started five years ago, but her expertise in the commercial real estate market would lead you to believe she’s been doing this for a lifetime! Shilo represents our office properties, and since joining our team she has leased over 70,000 square feet of office and retail space. Some of her notable tenants include UFC, Demler Armstrong & Rowland, and Max Agent Financial!

We asked Shilo a few career questions, and this is what she had to say:

ECP: What motivated you to take the leap into commercial real estate?

Shilo: Although I enjoyed my tenure in residential real estate, I yearned for the complexity and scalability that I knew commercial real estate would offer.

ECP: What do you look for when it comes to finding the perfect space for each tenant?

Shilo: Building a strong relationship and really learning my client’s needs is essential for every transaction. Matched with my comprehensive understanding of our portfolio here at Ethan Conrad, I take pride in my ability to quickly identify the perfect space for each requirement.

ECP: Which accomplishments would you like to share with us since starting at Ethan Conrad Properties?

Shilo: Having the privilege to join this firm alone is an accomplishment, but I was extra excited to close on a million dollar property right before the end of the first Quarter.

ECP: What is the best advice you can give to someone who wants to be in your position?

Shilo: For anyone who wants to be in a different position in life; I would say to have the mental fortitude to completely abandon your comfort zone and move through life with certainty that anything you desire is already yours. Your life is only as good as your mindset. Every day I make the decision to embody joy, wealth and abundance and my external circumstances continue to reflect that.

Not only is Shilo a fantastic broker, but she is also an amazing mother of two beautiful children! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, playing golf, and investing in her health by working out and enjoying self-care days at the spa!
