Ethan Conrad Properties Sells 31 15th Street in West Sacramento to Judi’s Cleaners Owner Ben Combs
A Longstanding Relationship Supporting Continued Business Growth
At Ethan Conrad Properties, some of the most rewarding transactions are the ones built on long-term relationships.
We’re proud to announce the sale of 31 15th Street in West Sacramento to Ben Combs, owner of Judi’s Cleaners and several other successful businesses. The approximately 31,888-square-foot industrial property will support the continued expansion of Ben’s growing operations as his companies occupy the entire building.
This transaction represents more than the sale of a commercial property. It marks another chapter in a relationship that has continued to grow over the years.
Previously, Ethan Conrad Properties leased space in the lower level of the former Sears building at Sunrise Tomorrow to Judi’s Cleaners. Prior to that, we also had the opportunity to sell Ben an approximately 10,000-square-foot building in Citrus Heights. Supporting another expansion for his businesses is a testament to the trust that has been built through multiple successful transactions.
Following the acquisition, Ben shared his excitement about continuing to invest in his company’s future.
“In my life, to invest in an expansion, I’m glad to get it done.”
His investment reflects the continued growth of Judi’s Cleaners and its related businesses after expanding its restoration operations in recent years to meet increasing demand.
Supporting Local Businesses Through Every Stage of Growth
Commercial real estate plays an important role in helping businesses grow, but the most meaningful transactions often come from relationships that continue well beyond a single lease or sale.
Seeing businesses expand, invest in their future, and create new opportunities within our communities is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
At Ethan Conrad Properties, our commitment extends beyond completing a transaction. We strive to build lasting relationships that support our clients as their businesses evolve and their space needs change over time.
Seeing that journey continue is what our Tenant Commitment is all about.
Congratulations to Ben Combs and the entire Judi’s Cleaners team on this exciting milestone. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of your continued growth and look forward to seeing your businesses thrive in their new West Sacramento location.
