Ethan Conrad Properties marks milestone: 10 million square feet of commercial real estate
Real estate investor Ethan Conrad recently marked a milestone: having 10 million square feet of commercial space under ownership.

Nearly two decades after he founded his eponymous real estate investment company, Ethan Conrad has hit a mark that relatively few investors reach in a lifetime: 10 million square feet of commercial space under ownership.
“I didn’t have a specific number in mind,” Conrad said when he founded Sacramento-based Ethan Conrad Properties Inc. in 1995, after starting as a broker. “I guess it’s been a goal, but not a goal I’ve been trying to hit for a while.”
