Ethan Conrad Properties Goes Green with Over 1.4M SF of New Solar Panels!

Over 22 Buildings, 1.4 M SF for Solar!

Ethan Conrad Properties has entered a deal with King Energy to convert idle rooftops into a lucrative clean energy resource.

Sacramento, CA – January 19, 2023: Ethan Conrad Properties has leased over 22 buildings with 1.4M SF of rooftop space for solar electricity generation! Through this partnership with King Electricity, Ethan Conrad Properties expects to sign two to five more leases in the coming weeks.

By increasing its focus on energy efficiency, the company is decreasing its carbon footprint and overall impact on the environment while enabling its tenants to enjoy lower electricity bills. Some buildings under the contract include Chico Marketplace, Yuba Sutter Marketplace, and La Borgata Shopping Center malls.

The deal includes the installation of solar panels on Ethan Conrad Properties’ underused rooftops as part of their efforts to become more ecologically conscious. As sustainability and eco-friendliness climb to the forefront of the architectural world, there has been an increased curiosity about how unused spaces in buildings may be put to greater use for local communities.

Builders and realtors are enthusiastic about this new approach because of its positive effects on renters and the environment. For example, tenants in green buildings will see their monthly utility bills drop by 10%!

Ethan Conrad Properties understands that the success of a business is closely related to its capacity to manage its impact on the environment. Today’s environmental challenges, such as global warming, pollution, and depleting resources, necessitate that all businesses place a premium on sustainability. Many of their tenants have already begun implementing sustainable measures, and this contract represents further progress in that direction.
