Ethan Conrad Properties Takes a Bold Step Towards Sustainability with SMUD Partnership
At Ethan Conrad Properties, we believe that sustainability is not just a trend, but a responsibility. This past April, we took a significant leap towards a greener future by partnering with SMUD’s Complete Energy Solutions (CES) program to install 40 state-of-the-art heat pump space heating units at our Carmichael location. This initiative marks the first phase of our ongoing commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, with this project alone saving an impressive 51 metric tons of CO2 annually—equivalent to removing 57 cars from the road each year.
Our collaboration with SMUD, facilitated by our Strategic Account Advisor, Cole Allen, underscores the power of partnerships in driving impactful environmental change.
