In October, Ethan Conrad Properties had the winning bid of $21.4 million in the auction for this property. The purchase price is a fraction of what the building sold for in 2016 –$80 million – highlighting a significant opportunity.

The Renaissance Tower, a 28-story Class A office building with 338,410 square feet of space and 500 garage parking spaces, stands out on the Downtown Sacramento skyline at 801 K Street.
