Ethan Conrad Properties is delighted to share the promotion of Ryan McGinnis to Director of Property Management!

Ryan has been with ECP for almost 10 years, starting as an Assistant Property Manager, was promoted to Property Manager, and 5 years ago was promoted to a Senior Property Manager.

During his career here at ECP, Ryan has managed 20 or more properties with 1.5 million SF and 170 tenants! Ryan’s leadership skills along with his extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate industry make him a great asset to our team and we look forward to his continued success as Director of Property Management!
