This ±156,221 SF building includes a 21,215 SF second-floor area. Burlington has committed to a 10-year lease, further strengthening the property’s long-term value. Additionally, we are pleased to welcome EVgo, our preferred EV charging tenant, who will be leasing designated EV charger areas.
