Granite Wellness Centers has leased 15,000 SF at 406 Sunrise Ave in Roseville. We will be remodeling the entirety of the 1st floor of the building to suit their needs as they will be our tenant for the next 10 years! We are excited for them to grow and expand their services throughout Northern California. Many thanks to Lloyd Wertheimer of JMS Commercial for bringing us this opportunity.
