Holiday Tenant Appreciation Breakfast at 801 K Street

This week, tenants at 801 K Street were treated to a warm and festive start to their Monday as Ethan Conrad Properties hosted a Holiday Tenant Appreciation Breakfast in the lobby. The event was created to thank our tenants for their partnership, support, and contributions to the vibrant community within the building.

Catered by the talented team at Sacramento Catering Collective, the breakfast featured a full buffet, hot coffee, and seasonal favorites that brought tenants together to enjoy great food and friendly conversation before the workday began.

A Morning of Connection and Celebration

Events like these are an important part of our commitment to building strong tenant relationships and creating a welcoming, community-centered environment across our properties.

Tenants were invited through an RSVP system and joined us from 8:00–9:30 a.m. for a relaxed morning filled with appreciation and holiday spirit.

From casual conversations to moments of connection, the breakfast reminded us how valuable it is to foster a sense of community within the workplace.
