Granite Bay Village Shopping Center gets BIGGER!

Bank of America sold their building located at the Granite Bay Village Shopping Center to Ethan just last week! The Building brings is available for lease or purchase and is a great space for a future dental office or financial services company. Ethan Conrad originally purchased the main portion of the shopping center back in early 2016 and has since significantly remodeled it.
