Ethan Conrad Properties is excited to announce that we have signed our two largest leases in company history!

The County of Sacramento signed a 10-year lease with ECP at our 3707 Kings Way, Sacramento property, making this our largest lease to date. Senior Vice President Grant Keeney played an essential role in securing this deal, valued at over $10 million.

We are very grateful for our growing relationship with the County of Sacramento and look forward to working on many more deals with them in the future.

El Super, a premier Hispanic supermarket, has signed a 15-year lease with us at our Manchester Center property in Fresno, making this our second-largest lease to date.

Our CEO, Ethan Conrad, worked diligently to secure this deal worth over $13.2 million and is hopeful that we will make more deals with El Super going forward.

ECP is on a roll, and we don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon!
