ECP Thanksgiving Eve Lunch: Celebrating Gratitude and the Team Behind Our Success
As the holiday season begins, Ethan Conrad Properties gathered together for one of our favorite traditions — our annual Thanksgiving Eve Lunch. Before everyone headed off to spend time with family and friends, we took a moment to come together as an ECP family, share a meal, and reflect on everything we’re grateful for this year.
Our break room was filled with good food, even better conversations, and the kind of camaraderie that defines what it means to be part of ECP. It was a simple but meaningful reminder of how strong our company culture truly is.
A Special Thank You to the Team Behind the Lunch
This celebration wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible ladies who organized, set up, and served lunch to our staff. Their hard work and heart ensured that every employee was welcomed and cared for — a true example of what it means to embody our values.
This holiday is about giving thanks, and we are sincerely grateful for everything they do to make ECP feel like home.
Appreciating Our 200+ Employees
With every lease, every project, and every accomplishment this year, one thing remains constant: our success is driven by our people. Over 200 dedicated employees across Facilities, Construction, Property Management, Brokerage, Accounting, and more work tirelessly to keep ECP operating at the highest level.
Their commitment, professionalism, and teamwork are the foundation of everything we’ve built — and everything we’re continuing to build across the Sacramento region and beyond.
We are grateful for each and every one of you.
Wishing Our Team and Community a Happy Thanksgiving
From all of us at Ethan Conrad Properties, we wish our team, tenants, partners, and community a warm, safe, and joyful Thanksgiving weekend.
Thank you for being part of the ECP story — together we are truly One Team. One Purpose. Great Real Estate.
