Locally-based commercial real estate owner and operator Ethan Conrad Properties acquired the four-story, 45,000-square-foot Point West Station building in Sacramento, CA from a private family trust for $4.7 million, or about $106 per square foot.
Point West Station is located at 1792 Tribute Rd. just off the I-80 and Hwy. 160 split and immediately west of the Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento’s Point West submarket. The multi-tenant building is currently 55% leased to a tenant roster that includes Alliant Insurance Services, Hill Physicians Medical Group and Homejoy.
Ethan Conrad Properties plans to remodel the interior as well as the exterior of the building to regain some of its luster. Completion of the remodel is set for late October 2016.
