We are proud to celebrate the promotion of Amber Morgan to Property Manager within the Property Management team, marking another exciting milestone in a journey that reflects the opportunities available across ECP for individuals who are driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous growth.
Amber joined Ethan Conrad Properties in January 2018 as a Facilities Coordinator within our Facilities Department. From day one, she demonstrated a strong work ethic, exceptional integrity, and a team first mentality that quickly made an impact across the company.
Over the past 8+ years, Amber has continued to grow alongside ECP, embracing every challenge and opportunity presented to her. In 2022, she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager, where she further developed her operational knowledge and tenant relations experience. In 2025, Amber stepped into the role of Junior Property Manager, taking on the responsibility of managing several properties independently while continuing to support Senior Property Manager Jana Clark.
Today, Amber officially steps into her new role as Property Manager, where she will oversee a significantly larger property portfolio and continue contributing to the success of our tenants, properties, and team.
