Todd Newburn is a real estate expert with nearly 30 years of commercial and residential sales experience, 28 years of real estate investment experience, and 25 years of real estate valuation experience throughout California. As Senior Associate Broker, Todd focuses primarily on his office and industrial clients to find long-term lease and purchase solutions.

As a real estate broker, Todd has worked incredibly hard for his clients earning many accolades and being recognized as a top producer multiple times. As a successful investor Todd has purchased, managed, and sold nearly 100 residential and commercial properties. As one of the most tenured and experienced practicing real estate appraisers in California, Todd has been tasked with some of the most complex valuation assignments and has been utilized to test new valuation products and methodologies on a national level for GSEs Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Todd also has decades of corporate leadership experience. From leading his own real estate appraisal and investment firms to being a regional account manager for national appraisal management company Clear Capital where he oversaw the largest and highest producing appraisal operations team consisting of up to 22 direct reports and nearly 2,000 independent professional partners while managing the valuation of more than $25 Billion of real estate.

Todd is also heavily invested in the community and proud to have helped dozens of children and families through coaching baseball, basketball, and golf, being a Cub Scout Den Leader and Cubmaster, and through charitable efforts with organizations such as Rotary International, Habitat for Humanity, and Central Valley Professional Exchange.
