Austin Barron is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with six years of industry experience. He earned his salesperson license in 2019 and achieved his broker license in 2021. Austin’s expertise spans multiple facets of commercial real estate, including retail sales and leasing, investment sales and underwriting, land sales, consulting, and risk analysis for both commercial land and residential subdivision land, industrial sales and leasing, business opportunity sales, hard money loan brokerage, and private equity and debt brokerage.

Austin began his career at Century 21 Select Commercial Group, where he worked from 2019 to 2024, honing his skills and building a strong foundation in retail transactions. In December 2024, he transitioned to his role as a Retail Broker with Ethan Conrad Properties, where he continues to provide unparalleled service and strategic guidance to his clients.
