About the Assistant Property Manager Role
The Assistant Property Manager plays a key part in supporting our Property Managers and ensuring that our portfolio operates efficiently, professionally, and with the highest level of service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, organization, multitasking, and building strong relationships with tenants and vendors.
Daily responsibilities typically include:
- Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day operations
- Coordinating tenant requests and communication
- Assisting with maintenance and service vendors
- Property inspections and follow-up
- Preparing reports, documents, and project updates
- Contributing to the overall success of the portfolio
