At Ethan Conrad Properties, we believe that great properties are built not only with bricks and mortar, but also with relationships and community. That’s why we’re proud to host events that bring our tenants together—creating moments of connection, appreciation, and shared success.

Recently, our team hosted a Tenant Appreciation Coffee + Pastries event at 1750 Howe Avenue, The Landmark Building. The morning was filled with fresh-brewed coffee from Urban Coffee, an assortment of delicious pastries, and plenty of smiles.

A Morning of Connection and Appreciation

Led by our dedicated property managers, Dena and Sarah, the event was designed to show gratitude to our tenants while providing a space for connection. Tenants had the opportunity to step away from their busy routines, enjoy a cup of coffee, and engage in meaningful conversations with fellow professionals in the building.

Strengthening Community at The Landmark Building

Events like this go beyond refreshments—they create an atmosphere where tenants feel valued and supported. By fostering a sense of community within our buildings, we’re helping businesses thrive not only through their workspace but also through the relationships they build here.

At Ethan Conrad Properties, our mission is to provide more than office and retail space—we create environments where people and businesses can flourish together.

Looking Ahead

We’re excited to continue hosting tenant appreciation events throughout our portfolio, offering opportunities for connection, networking, and shared growth. Because when our tenants succeed, our communities succeed.

💜 A big thank you to everyone who joined us at 1750 Howe Avenue. Here’s to many more moments of community and connection!
