770 L Street Launches Coat Drive to Support Sacramento Families in Need
At Ethan Conrad Properties, strengthening the communities we serve is at the heart of everything we do. This season, the team at 770 L Street is taking action to support local families through a meaningful initiative: a community coat drive benefiting One Warm Coat and Next Move Homeless Services.
From now through December 12, tenants, visitors, and community members are encouraged to drop off new or gently worn coats and warm clothing in the main lobby. Every donated item will be distributed directly to individuals and families right here in Sacramento — ensuring your contribution makes an immediate and local impact.
Why This Coat Drive Matters
Winter can be an especially challenging time for families and individuals experiencing homelessness or financial hardship. Something as simple as a warm coat can make a world of difference.
Partnering with One Warm Coat, a national nonprofit dedicated to providing free coats to those in need, and Next Move Homeless Services, a Sacramento-based organization with decades of experience supporting families transitioning out of homelessness, allows this initiative to go even further.
Together, these organizations help ensure that every donation reaches someone who truly needs it — whether it’s a child walking to school, a parent commuting to work, or a senior trying to stay warm through the cold months.
Our Community Goal: 150+ Warm Items
770 L Street’s goal is to collect 150 or more coats and warm items — and with the incredible generosity we’ve seen from our tenants and neighbors, we’re confident we can reach (and exceed) that goal.

Participating in the coat drive is simple:
