770 L Street Coat Drive Surpasses Goal with 213 Coats Donated

At Ethan Conrad Properties, giving back is woven into who we are. Through ECP Cares, our company-wide initiative dedicated to serving the community, we proudly champion charitable efforts that strengthen, support, and uplift the people around us. And this year’s One Warm Coat Drive at 770 L Street is a shining example of that commitment in action.

What started as a goal to collect 150 coats turned into something truly remarkable. Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our tenants and the surrounding Sacramento community, we collected a total of 213 coats — far surpassing our original target.
