e Brokers at Ethan Conrad Properties hit the links again for the Annual ACRE Golf Tournament at Whitney Oaks Golf Club in Rocklin, CA.
The fearsome foursome consisted of Grant Keeney (Senior VP, Office leasing and sales), Race Merritt (Senior VP, Retail leasing and sales), Ulysses Laman (Associate, Retail leasing and sales) and Ralph Solorio (Director of Facility Maintenance services) who took on every hole with gradually less focus and more tequila.
The company hosted the ninth hole which was manned by Connor Finch (Senior Associate, Office and Industrial leasing and sales) and Joey Chiurazzi (Associate, Office and Industrial leasing and sales) who educated all players on how margaritas can lower your score. They challenged fellow brokers to hit it long and straight and would support the players with the worst tee shots with a heavy pour of Patron!
It was great seeing all the smiling faces from all the participants including from Colliers, CBRE, JLL, Placer Title Company, First Northern Bank, Marcus and Millichap, Newmark, Cushman & Wakefield, Link Logistics, Mcclellan Park and many others.
