Ethan Conrad Properties is going green with over 1.2M SF of new solar panels! We are reducing our carbon footprint and environmental impact through energy efficiency efforts. In doing so, we have reached an agreement with King Energy, which turns unused rooftops into a profitable source of clean energy. This will save on electrical costs for our tenants!
