Today we closed escrow of the purchase of One Capital Center, a Class A 124,000 SF Office Building located at 3100 Zinfandel Drive in Rancho Cordova, CA. This is one of the nicest Class A office building on the Highway 50 corridor. In addition, it is also located in one of the best areas in the Highway 50 corridor.
We closed escrow on Atwater Town Center, which is an approximately 109,698 SF multi-tenant retail center. An extensive remodeled is planned to breath new life into the shopping center.
