Grant is a native of Davis, CA and graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Political Science; Public Administration. He spent over twenty years as a Director of Leasing for such companies as Jones Lang LaSalle, Granite Bay Ventures and The Buzz Oates Group of Companies and served over 10 years in corporate real estate services with Trammell Crow Company, 1st Nationwide Bank and Citibank. He brings a unique ability to identify opportunities and provide solutions toward the most complex real estate issues.

Grant spent a large portion of his life coaching youth football and baseball and is a rabid fan of college sports, travel and golf.

Carol graduated from CSUC with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has over 30 years of experience working in commercial real estate. Since joining Ethan Conrad Properties in 2013 as a retail broker, Carol has closed nearly 150 deals totaling well over $15MM in value. She is a respected member of our team and always brings her upbeat, positive attitude wherever she goes.

When she’s not working hard for her clients, Carol enjoys reading or spending time outside biking, camping, and hiking.

Amy received a bachelor’s degree in English from UC Irvine, where she was quite active in the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. An expert in providing lease up and repositioning services, Amy recently brought her wealth of knowledge and 25 years of retail real estate experience in the Bay Area to the ECP team in Sacramento.  With millions of square feet of successful real estate projects and deals under her belt, Amy has proven herself to be both dedicated and tenacious.

In her spare time, Amy enjoys reading and astronomy.

A UC Berkeley alum with a B.A. in Legal Studies, Daron’s real estate career has spanned almost 30 years. He earned the title of Top Producer at his former brokerage and, since joining Ethan Conrad Properties in 2010, has demonstrated a strength in REO property research. His attention to detail and commitment to providing each of his clients with a fair deal not only makes him a great agent but a great member of our team.

Daron is a fan of classic rock and loves spending time with his family.

Ryan received a B.A. in American Studies from Brigham Young University before obtaining his real estate license. Prior to joining Ethan Conrad Properties in 2014 , Ryan was the exclusive in-house agent for the 8 million square foot McClellan Business Park, where he successfully leased over 1 million square feet of space. With nearly 15 years of experience in the industry, Ryan has a personable, approachable attitude that makes all of his clients feel confident in the deal they’re getting.

An avid Kings fan, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, cheering on his kids at their sporting events, boating, fishing, skiing, and golfing.

Chase began his career in real estate in 2010, selling a total of 11 homes while simultaneously attending Sacramento State College of Business Administration. He graduated in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and frequently volunteers his time to the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy, in addition to being nearly complete with his CPA license requirements. His friendly and ambitious nature is truly an asset to our leasing team.

In his free time, Chase enjoys traveling, spending time at the river with his two canine companions, jogging, cheering on the Kings and the Broncos, and binge-watching Netflix.
